About this piece
Thassos marble threshold with a double-beveled profile, polished on both faces, measuring 3" wide x 24" long x 3/4" thick. Used at doorways and shower curbs where two floor levels meet.
Quarried on the island of Thassos in northern Greece and stocked in our US warehouses. Thassos is a white marble with a fine, even crystal structure; variation in tone and veining is natural and no two pieces are identical.

Care and installation
Thassos marble is a natural stone and benefits from sealing before use and periodically afterwards. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid acidic products including vinegar and citrus, which will etch a polished surface.
Fitting should be carried out by an experienced stone or tile installer.
